We want you to be fully satisfied with your official ITV merchandise, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original, unused condition. Please note that personalized products and digital downloads are generally non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and including the completed packing slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Print your prepaid or standard shipping label as provided by the portal and drop off your package at any authorized UK Post Office or courier collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
